French Style!

The French have it!

This is a little mini-section that I would love you all to help build. There's quirky and then there's the French. I love 'em! They re-do their language to keep it French - punishment ensues if english is used. Fair enough that 'email' cannot be used - after all it already is a french word meaning 'enamelling'. So they invent 'courriel'. Why not? As we have a word for everything, nicking words from everywhere, the French don't. But as Bush famously said "They don't have a word for 'entrepeneur'"! The French love being French - I'm not sure we English love being english - to the same extent. I envy them!

I'm looking for specialist web sites that sell to the UK - they may, of course, be UK web sites - and that epitomise French style. If you're a business - good and relevant - and offer any commission, please ask!
